PesoBooks

Payroll and books for Philippine businesses

Payroll that computes itself. Books that balance themselves.

PesoBooks works out SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax for every employee, e-mails the payslips, and turns it all into a balance sheet, income statement and trial balance from a single journal.

Staff access only. Your records stay private to your team.

Four deductions, no spreadsheet.

Every pay run applies the statutory contributions and the BIR withholding table for you, and shows the employer share too, so your payable accounts always agree with the payslips.

Built on 2025 rates. Always confirm the current tables with your accountant.

  • SSS

5% employee, 10% employer of the monthly salary credit (₱5,000 to ₱35,000).

  • PhilHealth

5% premium on basic salary, split equally between employee and employer.

  • Pag-IBIG

2% each on up to ₱10,000, so ₱200 from the employee and ₱200 from the employer.

  • Withholding tax

BIR monthly brackets under the TRAIN law, taken on pay after contributions.

One journal behind everything.

Payroll, manual entries and reports share the same ledger, so nothing is typed twice and nothing drifts.

Financial reports on demand

Open the balance sheet as of any date, the income statement for any period, or the trial balance to check that debits equal credits. They are computed live from the journal.
